To initiate any project, a 60% deposit is required. The outstanding 40% balance becomes due prior to final delivery. Please note that no project files will be released until full payment has been successfully processed.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer (EFT). Invoices are payable within 3 business days of receipt.
We provide essential formats for presentation and review, with options to upgrade for greater flexibility.

Editable files serve as reusable templates, providing significant value by allowing you to update content, customise slides, and repurpose designs for future projects. Their premium pricing reflects this ongoing utility.
The editable PowerPoint file is fully compatible with Google Slides; simply upload it directly to Google Drive for seamless use at no extra charge.
Premium formats are transferred only upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is complete, Arokiam Consulting retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all editable files.
All project content (text, data, key messages) must be 100% final and approved by the client before work begins. Changes to content after work has started will be treated as scope changes and will incur additional fees. The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and properly formatted content.
Arokiam Consulting designs and lays out content as provided; we do not edit, rewrite, proofread, or fact-check. If copyediting or proofreading is required, please ensure this is completed before submitting your content to us- or request a quote from us.
Upon completion, clients receive a draft version (Screenshot images) for review purposes only. This draft may not be used professionally or distributed. The final PDF is released only after full payment has been received.
One round of revisions is included for all standard and weekend delivery orders. These revisions must relate to design, formatting, or layout, not content changes.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of draft delivery.
- Additional revision rounds are $200 per round.
- Content changes requested after initial approval will incur additional fees at $200/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
- For 48-hour rush orders, no revision round is included; the first delivery is considered final.

Feedback received after 3:30pm SAST cannot be actioned within the weekend window and will be delivered within 2 business days. Extensive revision requests may extend delivery beyond the weekend window, even if submitted on time.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order, commencing upon receipt of both the deposit and final approved content. Client-induced delays, such as late content submission or slow feedback, will proportionally extend the project timeline. Arokiam Consulting is not responsible for these delays.
Weekend +50% surcharge: Request & payment by Friday 12pm SAST. All content & assets submitted upfront with full payment. 24-Hour +100% surcharge: Available for Starter business documents (5-8 slides/pages) and single-page scrolling websites (up to 5 sections) only. All content & assets upfront. Full payment required. The scope of work is defined at the time of order and detailed in your project agreement. Any requests beyond this agreed scope—including additional slides, new content sections, or different deliverable formats—will be quoted separately. Additional payment will be required in FULL before work on these changes can proceed.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables in the agreed format(s), including the right to use, modify, and distribute the work. Arokiam Consulting retains the right to display the work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Premium editable formats are transferred only upon full payment. Until then, Arokiam Consulting retains all intellectual property rights to editable source files.
All AI brand imagery packs are created using AI image generation tools. The client receives full usage rights to all delivered images. Arokiam Consulting does not claim copyright over AI-generated content, as eligibility for copyright protection may vary by jurisdiction. AI-generated visuals are intended for brand content, social media, and presentations, not photo-realistic product imagery.
Arokiam may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials. If you require your project to remain confidential, please notify us in writing before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Fees already paid are non-refundable if the client cancels after work has commenced. Any work completed will be delivered.
If a project cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, technical failure), clients will be offered a full refund of unearned fees, rescheduling, or a deposit transfer to another project.
Rush fees and full upfront payments for expedited orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. These special arrangements ensure immediate resource allocation.
Arokiam Consulting's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables.
The client is solely responsible for reviewing all deliverables for accuracy before use. Arokiam Consulting is not liable for errors in client-provided content or for the client's subsequent use of the deliverables.
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between Arokiam Consulting and the client. Should a resolution not be reached amicably, all disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of South Africa, where our services are primarily based.
Our website development focuses on creating brand landing pages designed for visual impact, professional presentation, and mobile responsiveness. These sites are optimised for user experience and aesthetics, not for advanced search engine performance.

Website updates after delivery are quoted separately on a case-by-case basis. Domain registration, hosting, and DNS management remain the client's responsibility — guidance on connecting your domain can be provided on request.
Our service explicitly excludes search engine optimisation (SEO), Google indexing, and structured data/schema markup. For technical SEO and enhanced search visibility, we recommend consulting a specialist web developer.
